Business Promotion Overview
Business placements are a great way to highlight your business and its offerings to the Bellingham community. A strong choice for building brand awareness and reaching new customers.
Each business placement includes:
- Logo Placement Your logo will be placed in the top of the newsletter just below the main banner. This logo will be linked to your website.
- Business Promotion A custom promotion that will be placed in the newsletter above the Food Truck section.
Business Promotion Example
Promotional placements should read with the same tone and style as Hamster Wheel editorial content. When crafted thoughtfully, they blend naturally into the newsletter, creating a seamless experience that benefits both the reader and the featured offering.

The promotional placements include:
Asset
Details
Name of Business or Organization
Displayed in purple to signal to readers that the placement is sponsored.
Main Title
The primary headline at the top of the placement. Works best when kept to one line for visual balance.
Subtitle
Optional space for supplementary details, such as the date of an event, location, or other key information.
Image
Square or horizontal format, maximum 800px wide. Please avoid text overlays unless pre-approved.
Paragraph Text
Up to two short paragraphs (maximum 700 characters, including spaces). This is where you can tell your story or describe your offering.
Links or Buttons
Include up to two standard links, or one link plus one button for calls-to-action.
